BOOTS ON THE GROUND
Our Mission is to provide anonymous, confidential, compassionate, and caring peer support to all First Responders, Military and Veterans—frontline and civilian, retired or serving—anywhere in Ontario and beyond.
FLOWSTATE THERAPY
Flowstate Therapy is a mental health clinic in downtown Ottawa offering trauma-informed care for depression, PTSD, and other mental health challenges, with a special focus on supporting veterans and first responders. We specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) — a safe, research-backed treatment for individuals who haven’t found relief through traditional methods. Our team of licensed therapists, nurses, and a Nurse Practitioner work together to provide personalized, compassionate care. For eligible veterans, treatment may be fully covered through VAC or Medavie Blue Cross.
MINDSPA mental health centre
At MindSpa Mental Health Centre, our mission is to provide compassionate, culturally competent, and trauma-informed mental health care tailored to the unique needs of veterans and their families. We are dedicated to creating a safe, respectful, and empowering space where those who have served can find healing, purpose, and renewed strength.
We honour the courage and resilience of veterans by offering evidence-based therapies, peer-informed programs, and holistic support that address the physical, emotional, and moral wounds of service. Our goal is to stand beside every veteran as they navigate the journey from surviving to thriving — with dignity, community, and hope.
